ROB GRAINER HEARD THE EAGLES ON STAGE AT THE ROYAL FESTIVAL HALL IN 1962 DURING THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH RHYHM GROUP OF THE YEAR FINAL. THE GROUP WON AND WERE CHOSEN TO PLAY ON THE SOUNDTRACK MUSIC FOR "SOME PEOPLE" WHICH RON SCORED. GRAINER WROTE MATERIAL ESPECIALLY FOR THE GROUP.
